No — it’s easier than you think. We’ll contact your current accountant, get all the necessary files and handover, and make sure everything transfers smoothly without any awkwardness on your end.

How quickly can you take over my accounts?

You can be fully onboarded within 3-5 working days. If you’re mid-year, we’ll pick up where your last accountant left off and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If your accounts are a mess, then it’ll take a while longer to make them nice and clean!

Can you review my current setup before I switch?

Yes — on your discovery call we’ll ask a few key questions and flag anything risky, inefficient or over-complicated in your current structure. You’ll get clear, no-jargon feedback.

Will I have one point of contact or a team?

You’ll get a dedicated accountant who knows your platforms, your numbers, and your business. No bouncing between juniors or waiting days for replies.

Do you offer fixed monthly pricing?

Yes — all our plans are flat-rate and include your monthly bookkeeping, VAT, payroll (up to 5 people), Corporation Tax and year-end accounts. No surprise invoices.

Do you use Xero, Link My Books, A2X etc.?

Yes — and we’ll help you get set up if you’re not already. We use automations and marketplace integrations to reduce manual errors and keep your numbers accurate in real time.

What if I’ve fallen behind on my books or filings?

No problem. We can get you caught up fast — including previous year accounts, missed VAT returns, or messy reconciliations. We charge a flat £299 plus VAT to bring the accounts up to scratch.

Do you work with international founders or global sales?

Yes — whether you’re a UK-based seller or an overseas brand selling into the UK, we’ve got experience managing tax, VAT, and compliance across multiple markets.
